Updated Therapy Schedule - Abigail has PT aquatic therapy on Tuesdays, Wednesdays she has OT & PT in the clinic for 2 hours, Fridays she has OT on horses (hippo therapy). Abigail attended the Conductive Ed in Spring of 2007 and plans to again in the summer of 2008.

In early 2004 we were led to a fairly new study in pediatrics, Constraint Induced Therapy now called ACQUIRED therapy. This is a research study at the University of Alabama Birmingham for children with hemiplegia. Abigail attended this therapy Spring of 2004 and 2005. She has attended Conductive Education in Orlando Florida for children with motor disabilities in March and June of 2006 and scheduled for October of 2006. These therapies are not recognized by insurance therefore, we incur all cost. Birmingham is approximately $15,000 each time and Orlando is 60.00/hour averaging 2-3 hours per day.
